News tells you what happened this morning. These pages are the opposite: long, carefully researched answers to the questions that don’t change week to week, like where to buy, how to hold, and what the UK rules actually say. We update them on a schedule, and every guide shows the date it was last checked.
Two promises apply to every guide. First, prices, fees and rules are checked against primary sources before each update: the companies’ own pages, legislation, HMRC and FCA documents, never copied from other websites. Second, if a guide ever carries an affiliate link, it is disclosed on that page, in plain sight. See our affiliate disclosure and how we write for the full policy.
